Cell Soritng Machine Description
XW-BS05 is suitable for automatic sorting of large and medium-sized
cylinders batteries.Can automatically sort the batteries according
to the specified requirements, fundamentally avoids unreliable
factors such as human misoperation and misclassification in the
battery sorting process.
Cell Sorting Machine Working Principle
The device measures the voltage resistance of the battery through a
voltage internal resistance tester.
The voltage internal resistance parameters of four gears are set by
man-machine interface. The voltage internal resistance of the core
is tested by PLC and judged by the parameters. The battery grade is
obtained. The sorting cylinder is controlled by PLC to send the
battery to the corresponding receiving gears.
