Description
The Battery Pack Charge and Discharge Aging Machine is mainly used
for lithium battery charging and discharging cycle test. The test
items include battery charging protection voltage, discharging
protection voltage, capacity, etc. The equipment has four test
steps: charging, discharging, shelving and cycling. By editing the
corresponding step, the battery can be tested according to the set
process.
The test functions are:
1) Battery charge protection voltage
2) Discharge protection voltage
3) Battery capacity
Functions
1. Charging function: with constant current and constant voltage
charging function
2. Discharge function: with constant current discharge function
3. Charge and discharge interface: fully meet the requirements of
the same port and separate port for charging and discharging the
battery pack, that is, 2 wires (P+ P-) and 3 wires (P+ P- C-), and
can age the positive electrode to protect the negative plate from
discharging Protection type power tool battery (CH+ P+ P-)
4. Check voltage protection: by charging and discharging the
battery, can check whether the battery's charge protection and
discharge protection work.
5. Record the charge and discharge capacity: charge and discharge
the battery, and record the charge and discharge capacity of the
battery.
6. Safety protection: anti-reverse connection protection function;
voltage upper and lower limit setting protection; safe discharge
current protection.
7. Serial port connection mode: If the instrument is single or less
than 3, it can be connected to the PC through the serial port,
which can reduce the complexity of using the instrument.
8. Network connection mode: If there are more than 3 instruments,
the network connection mode can be used. The PC computer only needs
to provide a network port to control less than 60 instruments.
9. Control system: The software system of the aging instrument
adopts the classic and mature C/S mode, and the communication mode
is serial port and network.
10. Management software: Based on Windows operating system, using
SQL database to store test data, which greatly facilitates the
staff to query and export data online. According to the battery bar
code, time, and device number, you can view the charge and
discharge aging curve, and you can also export the curve.

The cabinet is explosion-proof, it will keep safty during testing.
Computer software
The charge and discharge aging machine can connect to computer via
Serial port or Net.
Computer software is multi-fuctional, can set the parameters of
testing, test steps, record test data, and output test data to
Excel, TXT.

Our project
India project
This project is localed in Inda, Gurgaon. The client was founded in
1994, have more than 400 staffs and 10000+ square factory.
They bought 2 full of battery pack assembly line from us, includes
sorting machine, welding machine, sticking machine, charge and
discharge machine…
We have sent 3 engineers to client site for machine installation
and training in year of 2019. The training taked about one week.
After the training, the client engineers are learned how to
operation the machines in a smooth and high efficiency way. They
made high-quality products by our machines.
We had a nice journey in India.
