Product Description
The MD-ADW spot welding machine is double sided automatic welding,
high efficiency, simple programming interface, support CAD mapping,
array and manual three ways, support any point programming and
array programming, can store any group of programming files.
Customized welding head can be used for welding of special battery
pack and pure nickel sheet, without sticking needle.
Adjustable single spot welding, two-point welding, three spot
welding, and the distance between two-point welding and three spot
welding is adjustable.
It has the functions of origin reset and breakpoint continuation
welding.
All parameters of equipment welding can be traced to facilitate
data management.
Product Features
1. Support break point startup, automatic startup and manual
startup mode conversion.
2. Simple programming, support any point programming and array
programming, realize skip spot welding, fast switching between
single point and double point modes, optimize spot welding path,
improve efficiency, save 99 groups of programming files on local
disk, and import graphics through USB interface.
3. It can be divided into super operator, maintenance,
administrator, etc.
4. Inverter DC welding power supply is adopted, which has stable
performance, fast welding speed and constant current working mode,
so as to eliminate the unstable factors of welding current for a
long time.
5. It has its own welding current monitoring system, which can
monitor the welding current in real time.
6. The spot welding power supply has the function of false welding
alarm, which can directly communicate with the motion controller,
record the false welding position, and predict and remind the
replacement of welding needle.
7. The welding efficiency is about 4 times that of labor, with high
stability, labor saving, time saving and cost saving.

Product Operation
1. Setting the parameters of welding on the touch screen. (The same
product only need to be set once)
2. Put the fixture with the battery pack on the quick clamping
position.
3. Press the start button, the machine automatically complete all
welding actions.
4. The welder sound to prompt operator replacement of new fixture
(battery pack).
