Product Description
1. This type of AC spot welder utilizes the general mains supply to
lower the voltage and increase the electric current. Such kind of
low voltage but large current will be transmitted from the
electrode to the linked point of two work pieces.
2. On the linkage, due to the resistance of work piece, high
temperature will occur so the metal will therefore generates high
heat to make the work pieces in molten condition.
Thus, the purpose of welding the two work pieces is achieved.

1. Welding can be more flexible to select and control with two
modes of constant instruction and constant current output,.
2. The preheating current, welding current and tempering current
can be set. The three discharge pulses can be used alone or in any
combination.
3. It has the function of slow rise/slow fall of current: the
function of slow rise/slow fall can avoid splashing during welding
and meet the welding requirements of special materials.
4. Counting function: With counting function, the number of welds
can be counted. With this function, the working efficiency can be
easily understood.
5. It has the functions of fault diagnosis and alarm, such as
current malfunction, overshoot of monitoring value, network voltage
following, etc.
6. Energy-saving: three-phase power supply input, medium frequency
4000Hz output after rectification and inversion, high working
frequency, low transformer loss, obvious energy-saving effect.
7. Fault diagnosis and automatic protection function: In the
working process, if the controller detects abnormal situation, it
will automatically turn off the output and friendly prompt.
8. Communication and BCD code control function: It can be connected
with industrial computer, PLC and other equipment to realize remote
